If you do not have access to your old phone please contact support@handwallet.com
We will try to access your Google account via a device that for sure supports automatic backup & restore. If you have backups (you may have one if "automatic backups" worked on your old phone) we will be able to restore it and send you the data,

Thing is that all other apps automatically restored themselfs on my new phone. So i think its reather matter of your app than google.
As i said at begining, my old phone is complitely dead so....
