Not able to sync from Dropbox

Hello.

I installed the app on my Note8, and on my Tab S. I'm able to backup my data to both Dropbox and OneDrive. But i get an error everytime i try to download from Dropbox or OneDrive.

The message is as follows: "Couldn't download this data from your Dropbox account". My Tab S is Android 6.01, and my Note8 is Android 8.0.0. Tried to change Language on both Devices from Norwegian to English, this didn't help.

I wanted to test backup/restore to Dropbox/OneDrive before i bought the Pro version. I'm not shure I will risk buying Pro if I can't get basic sync working.


I want to be able to sync "live" between my phone, my tablet, and my wife's phone. Do I have to buy three Pro-versions for this? My phone and my tablet share the same Google-account.

We got some reports about this bug in our last 2 versions.
Can you try this version not released yet (6.15) and let us know if it helps?

Am instalat versiunea 6.15 pe Huawei P20 Pro și nu funcționează sincronizarea cu Dropbox.

Not working sincronization/download with/from Dropbox and Google Drive (Huawei P20 Pro).
