How can I transfer back-up data to my new phone from my old one ?

In your old phone press the menu and then "backup & restore".
Backup the data to your SD card or send it to yourself via email.
Copy the file to your new phone.
Install HandWallet on the new phone and press again menu + "backup & restore".
Now restore using the file.
