Export not working

Export not working

When I try to export to Excel I get this error - "A problem occurred during export the data" and nothing happens.

Is this a bug?

I paid for the Pro version just to allow Export and Import.

Can you help please?

Unfortunately there is a problem with export in some devices. We will release a new version with a fix soon.
Meanwhile you can try to use an older device or run the app on PC as explained here:

Thanks - unfortunately I can't run Export on the PC without it being upgraded to Pro, and the PC won't accept the Pro member number that I was sent for my phone.

This one is easy to solve :-)
We will give you a club number for your PC (or any other device) for free.
Just send us the UserCode from the PC, found if options/HandWallet Club.

We released a hotfix for the problem, more details here:

I appreciate you working on this - but I installed the 6.12 hotfix and the problem is still there. I also tried rebooting the phone. I'm not sure how to check the version number I'm running, so maybe the hotfix didn't install correctly?

You can check the version in Menu+options+Maintenance. You should see 6.13

Thanks, I'm on 6.13 but Export still fails for all 5 export formats
