Issue with SMS for ATM cash withdrowals

Dear all,

How can I set up the application automaticaly to credit my cash account and debit the card account for which SMS is recieved? As of today when I recieve SMS for ATM cash withdrowal only my card account is debited and I need to increase manually the cash.
