ATM cash withdrowals

Could you please clarify/explain how ATM cash witdrowals imported via SMS can be handled/reflected in the application? In reality the ATM cash withdrowal should debit the card account and credit the cash account, but I can not undurstand how to configure this in the Bank SMS gadget.
