Sorry if our answer wasn't clear.
Working together online on the same data is included only in Pro or Business versions. In the basic version you can transfer the data from one device to another (even on a regular basis) but you cannot work at the same time on the same data.
For having Pro (or business) you need to pay for only ONE member in a family. The other members will get a club number for free.
This is a onetime fee for lifetime.
