way did the loan payment are not show in the analysis and also not showen any different in the income

As you can see in the categories tree (Data/Categories) the loans are NOT under expense and this is the reason why you don't see it on the Analyst screen when you watch a pie or a bar diagram of expense/income.
Loans may be used for many things for example investments and according to our philosophy are not part of the regular monthly expenses.
However you can change this easily by going to the "Data/Categories", selecting "Loans" + "Edit". Then change the "Parent" of "Loans" from "None" to "Expense".

Can the "Data/Categories" screen help?
You can select at the top (for example) "Actions" and see the totals in all categories. You can also select the budget and the gap.
