I have tried all kind of expense manager apps but I chose and keep handwallet because it comes in handy, very user friendly and easy to understand and navigate. Everything that I need is in handwallet so I am very very grateful that I have come across to this application. More power to you.

Can I sync Handwallet between my Samsung Galaxy and my Samsung Handheld Device? I downloaded the app on both devices.

Yes. This can be done by using the "Sync" option in the "Data" menu. You need to have a Dropbox account (free).
Both devices should have the same version installed.

Im still unable to sync. My phone and handheld recognition #'s are not being recognized. Can they sync by connecting in close proximity?

What message do you get? In what stage?
Is it during upload to Dropbox or during downloading from Dropbox?

Don't know if this is the correct place to ask but I can't find a way to create a budget (so I can check any time if I'm currently spending to much etc)

I can't seem to change anything on that "page" it says budget set to monthly 0.0
