How/where could I set my anual budget?!

Press "Data" and then "Categories".
Select the relevant category (for example "Food") and the "Edit".
Now press "Advanced".
The default budget is 0.
You can set a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly budget.

Don't forget to press "confirm" to save the changes.
